However, there is still pizzas of small restaurants that attract the largest number of young travelers nearly half the world, who come to Cambodia in search of adventure.

• Still the effects of the new algo?
• Is this fair for other users?

While some users need 150-180 duggs without sending shouts other users only need 1 vote per hour!

I really don’t see why this new algo is called “fair”, I understand that the idea to “spread” stories that hit the front page among more users is a good idea, but I don’t think 24 diggs in 23 hours is a “fair” representative percentage of what Digg users want to see on the home page.
