Stop there ! This sign don’t give an option to where to drive, should we just wait here forever

Scary sign, “if you pee I’ll cut your b*lls!”

On May 10th 1:30 pm MST, I see this 2 stories making the front page of Digg, back to back, and they only needed 24 duggs each one to hit the home page…
While some regular users and power users need aprox. 100-180 diggs to make the front page, this stories only need 1 digg per hour.
Don’t believe me? Check the screenshots.
1st the story - “The OS X desktop as music video”
This story hit the home page with only 24 duggs in 22 hours, 45 mins… so only need 1 dugg per hour!

2nd Story - “A Startling Collapse for Clinton, and an Inability to Let Go”
Then 5 minutes later, another story “A Startling Collapse for Clinton, and an Inability to Let Go” hit the home page, this time with only 24 duggs, but in 6 hours ??

While some users need 150-180 duggs without sending shouts other users only need 1 vote per hour!
I really don’t see why this new algo is called “fair”, I understand that the idea to “spread” stories that hit the front page among more users is a good idea, but I don’t think 24 diggs in 23 hours is a “fair” representative percentage of what Digg users want to see on the home page.
What do you think about it?
It is known as Happy Pizza and has become so famous that his tasting is recommend by the popular travel guide “Lonely Planet”, also you can find hundreds of videos on YouTube that explain the hallucinogenic effects.
Most restaurants that serve this dish are located along the river which crosses Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital, and in all of them the quantity of marijuana which spice the pizza is selected by the client, depending on the level “happiness”.
In these locations, when the customer orders the pizza, the waiter almost always responds: “Does wants a little happy, pretty happy or very happy?”, Implying the amount of marijuana that the cook used to prepare this dish on the menu .
Virak, a waiter in one of pizza places in which marijuana is in sight, suggests that not all customers who call for a pizza happy know that contains cannabis, but they order this pizza because the name attracts them.
“When they discover that it’s a pizza with marijuana leave the restaurant outraged,” says the employee.
In these establishments, with a family atmosphere, sees elderly people and parents with their young children eat outside laughter from other tables occupied by young people who relish pizza happy.
The effects of ingesting marijuana appear at the earliest, after one hour, and sometimes have unpleasant consequences for the traveller.
There are tourists who have lost the plane back home for having fallen asleep because of marijuana, some have spent several days sleeping in his hotel room, and others have finished losing part of their vacation at a hospital in Phnom Penh according to the locals reported.

However, there is still pizzas of small restaurants that attract the largest number of young travelers nearly half the world, who come to Cambodia in search of adventure.
But pizza happy, which for a decade has been the star dish of dozens of restaurants, may soon disappear from the menu, which kindly introduced the waiter, whom he is always the remedy of whisper to the ear of the client that nothing has changed.
The Government of Cambodia, that since the war ended in 1991 ensures that end with the drug, which wants marijuana disappear in the country, where cannabis is almost part of the tradition.
The head of the narcotics brigade, Lou Ramin, ruled that “marijuana will no longer be a problem for the country,” where the marketing of this drug is illegal, but is carried out without too many obstacles.
At the moment the rite of pizza happy survives, but prices have risen and the owners of the premises asking customers to reserve certain that the deal.
The manager of one of these premises, whose pizza with marijuana costing around three euros, or four dollars and a half, said that due to pressure from the police prices increase every day and it is increasingly difficult to procure the amount of drug sufficient to meet demand.
“The special ingredient costs much more now, but our greatest fear is that travelers increasingly seek less pizza happy scared because you know it’s illegal,” he explains.
